Chili Vadaku also known as Vaduku, Vadakai, Vadakam is made of green chili, Onion and Aval (rice flakes).

Aval is added to reduce the hotness of green chili.

Vadaku gets its ball shape after rolling it in hand. As its handmade, the size of each vaduku may differ. Hence wayanad.net prefers to offer it in grams rather than numbers.

Sun dried vaduku can stay fresh for a year or more. So don’t worry about the expiry date.
