Wayanad.net will usually ship an item within 12 days from the date of ordering. If not, the amount will be refunded completely within a week time or upon the request from buyer. But we strive to ship each and every product within the stipulated 12 days time. Transit delay may be considered while ordering and we are not responsible for the delay occurred in transit as it is completely in the hands of courier agency. Please do not compare us with giants like Amazon and Flipkart who have their own shipping channels. Due to several factors like COVID19, weather conditions, delayed courier pickup etc., shipments may get delayed and which is totally out of our control. Hence we kindly request you NOT TO PLACE order if you are not in a position to wait. Please note that Wayanad is a remote area and a road block in Ghat section or a heavy rain can cause unforeseen delays.
We deliver the products through courier services like DTDC, Professional couriers (preferred), Fedex, Delhivery, Trackon etc. along with India Post. The Shipping rates given in the website are from cheaper courier agencies.
If there are no DTDC or Professional courier service in your place and if you find any other courier agency, please let us know it as early as possible. This should be done prior to the shipping of items. No change in courier agency can be done once if the shipping is done.
We are not responsible for NON Servicing of courier agency in specific towns/places. In such cases, we advise you to collect items from the nearest town where the courier office is found. Delivery may not be necessarily in client’s home or office address but anywhere in the given pincode. We are not responsible if courier agency is not delivering items in your home/office address. You are requested to collect it from the nearest point. Please do not place an order if you are strict on Door Delivery.
If the courier agency couldn’t find the addressee and returns the items, we will only refund the amount after deducting courier charges.
