Return / Refund Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See Wayanad.net/tos.
Orders that you submit online are processed manually and may be cancelled before shipping, and you may need to inform via email or Call/Whatsapp (Contact us) to cancel the order as soon as possible. Once shipped, you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. Please note food items are non-returnable in any case. Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note due to handmade nature of some of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in such items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 10 days of delivery. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, perishable goods such as food items. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com or Call/Whatsapp at the number given in the Contact page. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. The order ID should be quoted in the refund/return request.
All returned merchandise should be sent to Sanmathy Raj, Rajmahal, P.O.Muttil, Wayanad, Kerala, India 673122 after contacting us.
For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that when we instruct the Payment gateway to process a refund, there may be some gateway charges which they deduct and we are not liable for any such charges. The time taken by the payment gateway to process a refund is not determined by us.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
